Where does your coffee come from?
We source specialty-grade beans from farms around the world — Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala and more. Each origin is carefully selected for quality and flavor.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every bag is roasted to order and shipped the same day. You receive coffee at peak freshness — not weeks-old stock from a warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Just log in to your account or reach out to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working on — stay tuned.
