How it works Every bag of The Pause coffee is roasted to order. That means we don't ship pre-made inventory — your coffee is freshly roasted specifically for you after you place your order.

Processing Time Orders are roasted and processed within 1–5 business days. Whole bean orders ship the same day as roasting. Ground coffee ships the following day.

Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery takes 1–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–10 business days.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $40.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS at the most affordable available rate. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Express Shipping Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout. Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Orders We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs processing times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@the-pause.coffee and we'll do our best to help.
