Refund Policy

Because every bag of The Pause coffee is roasted to order, our return policy reflects the nature of a fresh, perishable product.

Coffee Returns Coffee is a perishable item and cannot be returned once shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@the-pause.coffee with a photo and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, reach out immediately at hello@the-pause.coffee. After 48 hours we may not be able to process a claim.

Non-Returnable Items All coffee products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable by nature of being perishable goods.

Express Shipping Express shipping fees (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@the-pause.coffee.

EU Customers If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of cancellation for non-perishable items only.
