Colombia
Some mornings are made for clarity. This Colombian brings exactly that, a clean, bright cup with a structure that holds up however you brew it.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Medellín, Antioquia, on volcanic loam soils between 1,300 and 1,500 metres. The altitude slows the maturation of each cherry, building the complexity that makes Colombian coffee some of the most consistent specialty-grade coffee in the world.
The Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties each bring something to the cup, together they produce a profile that opens with dried orange, moves through a gentle berry sweetness, and finishes with a quiet layer of chocolate. Fully washed and solar dried to protect the beans from rain, preserving that characteristic Colombian clarity from harvest to cup.
Origin does the work. You just have to brew it.
