Peru Decaf
PERU DECAF
Some evenings call for coffee without compromise. This Peruvian decaf delivers everything you'd expect from a specialty-grade cup, without the caffeine.
Grown by smallholder farmers of the Norandino cooperative, across the clay-mineral soils of Piura and Amazonas at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,700 metres, the beans develop slowly in cool mountain air. That elevation is what gives this coffee its naturally smooth body and subtle citrus brightness, qualities that survive the decaffeination process precisely because of how it's done.
The Swiss Water Process uses only water and time. No chemicals, no shortcuts. Just a clean, transparent method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the bean's original character, caramel sweetness, a velvety mouthfeel, and that quiet citrus note that lingers long after the last sip.
Gully washed and sun-dried by the cooperative's members, then Swiss Water processed with care. This is decaf for people who don't settle.
